1. Create a title for your post that describes the type of team you are analyzing, in terms of its purpose or scope. For instance, a student might write “Retail shopping mall security team”. (1 point)

3. How did the team make use of this strength? Did this particular strength enable the team to overcome any perceived weaknesses? (3 points)
