INSTRUCTIONS:
Take notes regarding the process followed for witnesses who testify in Australia.
Then, based on your existing knowledge or web-enhanced research, decide whether the UK idea of prosecution witness testimony is better than, the same as, or worse than your idea of what prosecution witness testimony should encompass.
Justify why their process is better than or equal to the U.S. version of providing witness testimony and support this argument with proof from the research or your personal experiences.
