Needing help!

Hello, 

I have an assignment due tomorrow  December 16, 2019, by 6 pm. (CST).  It must be plagiarism free and include references with citations.  The city that was selected before was Jackson, MS.  Please follow the directions closely as she is very strict.  Thank you.
