Write a blog post about how we can create structures

As we saw in the films ‘The Third Gender; Narratives from Thailand’s Queer and Transgender Community’, and the ‘Being an Ally’ video, trans/intersex/two spirited persons face structural discrimination on a daily basis. Although society IS changing to be more accepting, there is still more we can do. Write a blog post about how we can create structures and spaces that are more inclusive to people who claim non-binary gender identities. What could or should be done at places like Dalhousie, the health care system, or in our personal interactions to help be more inclusive? (Example: The importance of having public washrooms which are not designated male or female.)
