•Using Table 4.4 in Chapter 4 of the Palmer textbook as a guide, select a company that you are familiar with and evaluate its current structure based on the traditional and emerging characteristics. Describe the areas in which the company has room for improvement and outline how those improvements could be achieved.
•Make a prediction as to how the organizational characteristics that were listed in Table 4.4 of Chapter 4 of the Palmer textbook will evolve and change over the next 50 years. Create another element to the organizational characteristics and discuss its significance to the evolution and change process.

•Reflect on an instance where you were part of a team and evaluate the effectiveness of that team based on the four essential characteristics for effective guiding coalitions, as described in Chapter 4 of the Kotter textbook.
