Discuss the potential and actual benefits of boardroom diversity in publicly listed companies.

In particular you should feel free to usetables, charts or diagrams where this is an effective means of conveying information. You may include introductory and concluding sections, but, if so, we would not expect these to be long.
We remind you that failure to reference where appropriate and in an acceptable way, apart from being poor practice, could also constitute an academic offence. We will take very seriously any evidence we find of plagiarism, which could have serious consequences.
