I would like you to map out (see Figure 6.1 as the template and rest follow) an evaluation of the MPA program at shippensburg university – you will not have outcomes but can do the other five functions – theoretical goals / Program goals (like objectives) / program functions / proximate indicators / program measures (this one is important).
