Phagocytosis –

2. The process includes formation of vesicles around the particle.
3. Exocytosis occures at the end to throw out the waste.
4. Phagosome and Lysosomes combine to form food vacuole.
5. It is popularly known as cell eating.
Pinocytosis –
1. The process includes the intake of liquid material.
2. Vesicles are formed by plasma membrane or .
3. There is no Exocytosis at the end of pinocytosis.
4. There no any function of Lysosomes in pinocytosis.
5. It is popularly known as cell drinking.
