comprehensive management report

Word and Powerpoint

Part 1

This week you will assemble your work into one comprehensive management report to the client. The report should include all work from the previous six weeks.   When compiling your work into one report for this assignment, do NOT condense the report.  The report should include the entire body of work you have completed for the first six weeks of this class.  Add an introduction to tell the client what you studied and a conclusion to tell the client your conclusions.

The simplest way to do your Week Seven report is to set up your document and add to the report each week as you complete your weekly papers. You can copy and paste your weekly paper into your Week Seven document but be certain to write a transition paragraph at the beginning of each of the sections so that the Week Seven report flows properly. You also should copy and paste all of your references into the Week Seven document each week. You can use section titles and subtitles to make your report more visually appealing and facilitate communicating your message.

Part 2

Your assignment this week is to complete a visual executive summary by completing a Power Point.  Your Power Point should be 10 pages and state your role (consultant), briefly discuss the problem, your research, and state your recommendation to the client. Remember to follow the Power Point Guidelines.  A portion of the grade will be based on Power Point Style

The point of this exercise is to challenge you to succinctly summarize your thoughts in a visual presentation. This is a useful skill to learn. You may not always have a long span of attention from those you wish to influence, so learning to condense your thoughts into a visual presentation will be a tool you may find valuable to your future success. Submit a minimum of a 10 page PowerPoint Executive Summary recommendation to the client.
